Pour la traduction, merci de patienter, j'ai des trucs à faire pour l'instant:
If you ever are going to do an article on the history of kite foil boarding, I would like to put my bid in to be the first. When I originally came out with the Air Chair in 1988 (sit down towable hydrofoil) I made a trip across the US promoting it. I stopped at a place called Hood River in Oregon where I ran into a man named Cory Rosner who had just come out with the first kite for towing skiers. It was called a Kite Ski. I would imagine that you are probably familiar with this product. There were just a handful of guys using it at the time. Cory used an oversized waterski with a kite. We tied a 20' ski rope with a handle to his harness and was blown about 45mph. He drug the ski handle behind him, attached to his harness. Out first attempt was a failure. Didn't have the power to pull me up, there wasn't enough wind and there was too much drag on Cory to hold the handle. Second attempt, I started behind a PWC, got on plane and then did a handle switch from the PWC to Cory. Two days later I rode the sit down hydrofoil under a kite by myself. Approximately one month later I did my first invert under the kite.
I believe this would be the first ride under a kite on a hydrofoil. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
