Mast glass and carbon combination stiffness question

Hi, I almost finishing my first hydrofoil project and I'd like ask if someone has experience with fiberglass mast. Or if someone can say me how many fiberglass can be enough? My current mast has two 6mm marin plywood core glued together with two 150g/m² fibreglass cloth between and each side has
450g bias
300g uni cloth
450g bias
300g uni cloth
200g x2 uni cloth
One side together 2050g/m² fibreglass
& 300g/m² bi-direct carbon on the top


At the forum I read that people typically use about 1,400g/m² grams of carbon each side do you think is it equivalent my amount of fiberglass?
I just do not want to break it in half when I had spent so much time on it. :-)
Next time I would have done the whole piece of carbon fiber. But this is my first project and I did not want to waste carbon.

I'm 85kg and it bend approx 15mm

It looks stiff enough on the picture where you stand on it. What's its max thickness ?

You could compare yours. If too much flex, you should had some layers. But at the end, thickness shouldn't be more than 14/15mm to keep a minimum of performance.

I probably overshoot thickness mine is 17mm. I hope it does not change performance so much. Next time I'll be smarter. And according 5kg test I should be fine, flex was not bigger than 20mm before carbon layer.
My mate did already test run for me and its working, that is most important.
It seemed to him little bit flex so I was just worried if its not underdimensioned.
