greetings from Italy's Adriatic coast!!!

Hi to everybody, I'm from Cervia, northeast Italy on the Adriatic coast. After many years kiting and a lifetime sailing, this summer I've finally fulfilled a dream. Since the first time I've spotted an hidrofoil kiter riding along the coast I knew I want to be one of them: now the dream come true and there I'm riding my Moses hidrofoil!!!
I'm using one of those oldstyle foilboard with narrow stance, difficult to switch feet on during jibes not to say tacking! So I ride back and forth heelside/toeside. 
Then I find out this fantastic forum and I'm working to make my new kitefoil!! Moses's are good, really easy to learn on, but definitely too limitate!! No speed, I rode waves (small waves) twice and I find the speed limit even underpowered, as the wave start to kick in!!
I want to thank all of you guys for the handsome infos you're so easily sharing with this community, hopefully my new hidro would be ready before spring!!

Nice to read your presentation message... Never had the opportunity to test a Mose's foil. I Would be curious to try one.
