salut mes amis, hi there,

I live in Germany, close to Munich.
we have a wave here, which never stops (Eisbach, Floßlende)
actually I am a bodyboarder and would like to start kiting. (Chiemsee)

as I dove deeper into this topic I found the hydrofoils which I am planning to do in the end.
but first things first, so I guess I will start with a regular kiteboard and upgrade it with a foil.

back in 89 I build my first surfboard,
my diploma was a BMX-scooter (trotinette)...so I guess my foil will be DIY.

Is it a standing wave from the river flowing? Do you have links to any pictures of the waves? 

Sounds like fun, you must just make sure the water is deep enough under the wave for a hydrofoil.

yes,
it´s called "eisbach" and the other wave is in the river Isar at location "flosslände" so actually we have 2 waves.

actualy here I had the idea of mounting some kind of foils to my bodyboard because it is almost impossible to stay in the wave
with it.
